We offer you a great furnished accommodation with 7 single and 3 double rooms in the industrial area Garching-Hochbrück, close to Munich Airport and Munich North with direct access to the A9. The subway station Garching-Hochbrück (U6) is 200m away. Single and double rooms are available with use of the following common areas: -Kitchen -bathroom 1 for men with 2 toilets, 1 urinal and 2 washbasins -bathroom 2 for men with 3 showers -Bathroom3 for ladies with toilet, shower and washbasin -Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and 2 sinks Each room has its own refrigerator and kettle. Plates, glassware and cutlery are provided. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available. Wifi access is also available for our guests. Parking is available on the street. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Minimum rental period: 3 nights Costs use of the laundry room (coin insertion): -Washing: 2,50€ -drying: 2,00€ The deposit of €250 must be paid before moving in.
